Cancellation & No-Show Policy At The Ritzy Flat, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our providers’ time by adhering to the following policy: • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee. Neurotoxin Appointments • If canceled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, a $100 fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
